- Resilience has been adjusted. High-res units are now far less likely to die in combat than they were before.
- Units with 0 stats for any field do not receive upgrades for those fields.

Round Thirteen Changes
- Turn accumulation rate has been increased for all players.
- Air units have been adjusted to provide for a more viable air army.
- Upgrades have been balanced and adjusted to make them a little less 'automatic'.
- Gold drops have been increased.
- Non-loyalist PM's have not been adjusted. Non-loyalists may reply to PMs thay they have received without limits. However, they may only start a new conversation once every 30 seconds.

Round Eleven Reset, In-game Moderation in Place
Unfortunately, Round Eleven was sabotaged by cheating through the use of multiple accounts. It seems these alternate accounts were paid accounts. We do not condone the use of multiple accounts by one person, even if they are Loyalist accounts. Any player caught using alternate accounts will have all offending accounts suspended, even Loyalist accounts.

The wait for Round Nine was long and for some grueling as witnessed by anyone who visited the forums. Round Nine will be a beta round. Round Seven Ends, Round Eight Begins
If you know how hard it is to hold on to the #1 spot in the rankings for any period of time, you'll truly appreciate SilverTib's second Fall of Nations victory. The Fallen Ones Guild were first-timers in grabbing the guild title. Congratulations! In case you're wondering why the delay between rounds, read this thread. As stated, two changes have been made for Round Eight. 1. The more complex unit structure has been reinstated. 2. The minion system has been disabled. Too much abuse, too little benefit. Have fun!
Round Six Ends, Round Seven Begins
Blumpkin won Round Six by a comfortable margin, 435,448 points ahead of the nearest competitor. Very well done! The guild battle was much closer, with The Dog Pound Guild taking the title. We've played with the same units and structures for the last three rounds. By popular demand, units and structures are reverting back to those from earlier rounds. We're working on stream-lining the current units and structures for better gameplay, and until we finish the old units and structures will return to play. Enjoy this blast from the past!
Round Five Ends, Round Six Begins
After many strong finishes, weldsoft finally conquered a much deserved Fall of Nations title. Congratulations on your consistent and at last victorious play! No surprises in the guild title: Good Smoke claimed their 4th guild victory. Hats off to Bigsmak for leading his Good Smoke men (and women?) to yet another win. Unlike Round Four, Round Five's finish went very smoothly. We are happy to report no technical issues were encountered this time.
No changes have been made for Round Six. We want to give players another shot at the gameplay present in rounds Four and Five since Round Seven will most likely have different units and structures (more complex than Round Three, less complex than Round Four). Players seemed to enjoy the one month round more than the traditional three month round so Round Six will last one month as well. Enjoy!
Round Four Ends, Round Five Begins
SilverTib claimed the individual title in Round Four. Contrary to their short-coming in Round Two, The Good Smoke! Guild held onto the points lead and secured the guild title. Our congratulations go out to our champion and to our group of champions. We at Fall of Nations would like to apologize for the poor handling of the game at the conclusion of Round Four. Some technical problems led to a messy end. Thankfully we've managed to overcome them.
Round Five begins today. No major changes have been made to the game, though some non-gameplay (as is our commitment to a fair round) changes will be made during the round. Of interest is the shorter round length; Round Five will run for one month rather than three. The only downside of having a shorter round is our inability to award prizes. Hard as they fought, no one was able to stop the Enlightened One, kreeger69, from dominating Fall of Nations' Round Two. We applaud his victory. Equally impressive was The Legacy of the Exiled Guild's miraculous comeback to win Round Two. Round Two was interesting and we foresee Round Three as being even more so. Please make note of the following changes to the game. 1. The overall turn-cap has been transformed into turn-caps against individual players. 2. Guild leaders can now appoint guild co-leaders. 3. Guild invitations have been extended to allow for guild contracts. 4. Only a guild's members can create threads in its forum. Let the fight for glory - and two Apple iPod mini's - begin!
